[Urgent] Service Manager - Hvac/chiller

This role is an advisor of service and maintenance:

• Do the maintenance, commission, troubleshooting, repairing, warranty and support Service Sale and Service Fulfillment for any technical requires adapting service business strategy.
• Meet Service KPI requires of technical quality service to support renewal service contract, get service contract for chiller under and expired warranty.
• Provide training, coaching to technicians.

Details:

- Manage all engineering aspect, customer claims of the whole Service Division activities, related to HVAC equipment in order to grow service business.
- Manage service fulfillment effectively to satisfy and exceed customer satisfaction.
- Provide training for all technicians for productivities and service quality of T&C, Service agreement and service demand.
- Provide technical support for sales team.
- Maintain and develop good relationship between company and customers, contractors, owners...
- Visit customers on a regular basis to build relationships and provide solutions to maintain the service agreement with customers

- HVAC/Thermal & Refrigeration background
- 3 to 5 year experiences
- University/College degree
- Good at English

Packages:

- Salary up to 3000$ + bonus/KPI
- Location: HCMC
- Working time: Monday- Friday
