[URGENT] Senior Financial Analyst

• Collect financial reports and consolidate reports for better clarity to present to the Board of Directors for the purpose of decision making.
• Verify and monitor revenue and spending from each subsidiary company, help finance manager in monitoring cash flow and budget.
• Help internal audit to verify financial statements.
• Act as a member of the budget committee and will help approve budgets.
• Ensure compliance and improvement of procedures related to finance (purchasing, money collection, ets.)
• Participate in financial planning and analysis i.e. analysing results of marketing campaigns, open days, etc.
• Keep track of financial packages at each school.
• Assist finance manager in working with the bank and raising capital to meet operational/ expansionary needs.
• Assist the team in managing risk (Cask flow, new projects)
• Assist in financial modelling and assess possible opportunities for growth.
• Periodically review the optimization of the company structure.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other Business related degree with strong Finance knowledge and analytical skills
• Minimum of 7-10 years in the same position
• English Proficiency
