1. Ocean Freight Forwarding Department - Sea Export staff
• Preparation for document output
- Receive shipping instruction from shipper, learn SOP, check system input to make sure basic information registered correctly, input data for B/L indication, create document output: HB/L;
- Shipping instruction for MB/L as per shipper’s shipping instruction and SOP
- Tracking and update shipment milestone.
• Handle B/Ls and other shipping document
- Specify the B/Ls type, B/L release type according to shipper’s shipping instruction, customer’s SOP,
- Upload e-doc, Confirm B/Ls indication, issue HB/L and get MB/L issued by carrier on ETD date.
• Control release
- Check credit term, payment status
- Confirm House and Master B/L release type
- Issue B/L to shipper.
• Handle Abnormal issues in documentation process
- Receive incidence notice, co-ordinate with concern parties/persons to investigate.
- Make incidence report/ root cause/consequence/containment actions.
- Report to Supervisor

 
2. Air Freight Forwarding Department - Air export staff

• Supervise the process of booking team with Airlines
- Monitor all export shipments through Export Summary
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standard.
• Improve service’s quality and increase productivity
- Find out the disadvantage point in working and set up solution
- Manage arising issue and set up counter measure
• Point out the risk factor in working
- Set up counter measure for each one

1. Education
· University of economic, foreign trade, foreign language or social science

2. Experience
· 6 month to 1 year of experience in international freight forwarding.

3. Professional Skill
· Good knowledge in international freight forwarding.
· Experience in practical co-ordination and solving problem.
· Familiar with web-based Global working platform.

4. Soft Skill
· Fair English competence (Listening, speaking and reading &writing).
· Using proficiently Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
· Communicate persuasively,
· Customer service mindset
