Location: HCMC, Ha Noi, Nha Trang
Main purpose of job:
To assist Manager in developing and implementing sales and marketing vision and target.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
1. To establish, develop and maintain effective customer relationship in order to sustain and promote growth of sales operations.
2. To negotiate with customers at the best interest of Sika.
3. To achieve annual sales target assigned to team and individual.
4. To proceed all quotations and offers, sales contracts, debt collection and all official letters related to customers.
5. To give technical advices to customers.
6. To collect debt from customers.
7. To watch all expenses related to entertainment with customers.
8. To follow up projects assigned by Supervisor/ Manager.
9. To provide required reports and planning as well as monthly sales forecast.
10. To coordinate colleagues and other sections or departments in order to achieve group objectives
11. To undertake and perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
12. To keep confidential all company business information and documentation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree: preferably in Construction Materials, Chemical, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min two years’ experiences in sales; experiences in Concrete Admixtures & Construction Chemicals, but also candidates in other construction materials fields are welcome.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good concepts in selling skills
• Willing to travel domestically.
• English at intermediate level
• Basic Computer skills (MS. Office).
