[URGENT] - Sales Coordinator - Nhân Viên Điều Phối Kinh Doanh

1. Communicate regularly with the factory to build up/revise well-planned monthly production and inspection schedules for on-time shipments
Giao tiếp thường xuyên với nhà máy để xây dựng/chỉnh sửa bảng kế hoặch sản xuất/cắt kiểm hàng hoá hàng tháng phù hợp với kế hoặch xuất hàng

2. Control and report regularly production (input) and inspection (output) quantities
Kiểm tra/đôn đốc/báo cáo thường xuyên số lượng sản xuất (bán thành phẩm) và số lượng cắt kiểm (thành phẩm) trong mỗi đợt

3. Check and make regular records of raw material and finished goods stocks in the factory warehouse to make sure that there is enough materials for monthly productions
Kiểm tra và cung cấp các báo cáo chi tiết định kì, chính xác về hàng tồn nguyên vật liệu đầu vào (vải và màng in) và hàng tồn thành phẩm trong kho của nhà máy để đảm bảo hàng tồn đủ cho sản xuất hàng tháng

4. Update/Make analysis regularly on stocks for an estimated consumption for current and upcoming month plan orders
Cập nhật/phân tích/dự báo thường xuyên về sự tiêu thụ hàng tồn nguyên vật liệu đầu cho đơn hàng hiện tại và mới

5. Assist in supervising production quality and capacity of the factory
Hỗ trợ giám sát năng suất sản xuất/chất lượng hàng hoá sản xuất của nhà máy

6. Responsible for communicating with the factory quickly and effectively about Production and Quality Improvement plans of non-comformance issues
Chịu trách nhiệm liên hệ với nhà máy một cách nhanh chóng và hiệu quả về các kế hoặc cải thiện quy trình/chất lượng sản xuất hàng hoá khi phát hiện có vấn đề xảy ra

7. Follow up and translate customer’s production communications, quality assurance standards, and inspection criteria
Dịch, truyền đạt, và theo dõi những thông tin về sản xuất, tiêu chuẩn đảm bảo chất lượng, và quy trình cắt kiểm theo đúng yêu cầu của khách hàng đến cho nhà máy

8. Work with norminated forwarders for overseas delivery and the factory for local delivery timely.
Làm việc với các nhà vận chuyển để giao hàng cho các lô hàng nước ngoài và nhà máy cho các lô hàng trong nước.

9. Communicate regularly with handbag factories for final orders of a shipment, shipment schedules and quality issues.
Thường xuyên giao tiếp với các nhà máy túi xách về việc chốt các đơn hàng gioa định kỳ, lịch trình giao hàng và các vấn đề về chất lượng.

10. Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager
Thực hiện tất cả các nhiệm vụ cần thiết khác được đưa ra bởi người quản lý trực tiếp.

1. Must:
* 1 Male and 1 Female.
* Main major: A related Bachelor in Economics/English or related field with 3-year working experience in manufacturing/sales as least
* English language: intermediate to upper intermediate (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing)
2. Computer skills: upper intermediate
3. Soft skills:
+ Interpersonal/communication skills: upper intermediate
+ Management and execution skills (decision making, planning, organizing, well-detailed, and problem-solving): upper intermediate
4. Others:
+ Working independently and with other team members
+ Willingness to travel as the business needs
+ Working to deadlines and under pressure with multi-tasks
+ Having good senses of responsibility, enthusiasm, logics, and discipline
+ Customer focus and “can-do” attitude/optimistic
