Mô tả công việc
- Making Economic contracts and preparing payment documents;
- Following up payment terms and collecting payment on time;
- Making and managing Tender documents;
- Making reports system: weekly report, monthly report ,06 month report and Updating Sales and Accounting Reports;
- Making logistic arrangements for overseas business trip of BOD;
- Preparing minutes for meetings;
- Other tasks assigned by GM.
- Following up payment terms and collecting payment on time;
- Making and managing Tender documents;
- Making reports system: weekly report, monthly report ,06 month report and Updating Sales and Accounting Reports;
- Making logistic arrangements for overseas business trip of BOD;
- Preparing minutes for meetings;
- Other tasks assigned by GM.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University in Economics, Business Management, Accounting
- Have very good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint…)
- Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Able to work for a long-term
- Careful / flexible / sociable.
- Can work under high pressure works condition

• Health check-up certificate
• The copy of university certificate and score-board
• Two latest 3x4 pictures
