[URGENT] Sales Admin (Chinese Mandarin)

Overall job responsibility is to support and follow up with local customer on A-Z of the sales process (i.e. from enquiries/telesales with existing customers till ensuring delivery is made including invoicing).
The specific job tasks are as follows:
 Handling sales orders and input into systems.
• To ensure orders received from sales are booked timely & smooth deliveries arrangement promised to customers.
• Effect direct deliveries to reduce stock inventory.
• Close monitoring of backlogs orders.
• Handling claims (wrong supply, damaged goods, etc.).
• Handle customers’ orders enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• To ensure shipping documents are provided to customers on time.
• Verify goods information and Goods & Services Tax with freight forwarders on import shipments.
• Ensure good customer communication in the delivery process
• Promote services and execute selling services
• Prepare and submit Sales orders
• Follow up overdue of key account
• Report preparation weekly and monthly
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirements:
• Completion of college degree preferably in Business Administration.
• At least 3 years in the similar position
• Customer relationship management
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, Power point
• Conversant in English & Mandarin
• Integrity and dynamic
• Communication skill and positive thinking and attitude
• High accuracy
• Team player
