[Urgent] Reservation Executive

- Receive booking from sales team in Hanoi.
- Input the data on the tour management/ tour plan.
- Block services for series and follow per month
- Send booking to supplier and follow up booking.
- Check carefully all of information of sale request ( kind of room/transfer,…)
- Reconfirm booking when having final.
- Adjust number of guest follow final.
- Negotiate the price with suppliers
- Follow up the tour.
- Check price and report the cost to manager
- Check and control the service quality of suppliers.
- Update services of supplier to manager

* Others Tasks
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers.
- Frequently interact with supplier to get update information about market.
- All other duties as assigned by company

* Job requirement
- Good at using Microsoft office (Word, Excel ..)
- Communication and listening skills
- Time management skills.
- Positive attitude, open minded
- High proficiency in interpersonal skill
- Problem solving

* Special Requirements
- Flexibility to work overtime and on phone.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Travel as required
- Careful.
