[URGENT] Recruitment Team Leader Work Place District 7

In this role, the Recruitment Team leader will be responsible for owning and managing the full recruiting life cycle, hiring positions up to Manager levels within the organization.

**Main Responsibilities
– Executive company’s recruitment process: Screen/pre-select resumes, schedule interviews, key in CVs in candidate data base, collect employee documents, generate offer letters.
– Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
– Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
– Responsible for Onboarding process for newcomers from offer to welcome and induction plan, probation evaluation process update and implementation.
– Lead additional recruitment initiatives such as Employer Branding, Employee Referral Programs, Early Career and Candidate Experience as needed.

Languages capability :
– Speaking and writing fluently in Vietnamese, intermediate level in English.
Related experiences:
– 3+ year experience in recruitment.
– Having strong knowledge of recruitment field.
– Candidates with experience in recruiting in the renewable energy industry, construction project is a plus.
