URGENT - Recruitment & Training Manager

Recruitment

• Make annual plan of recruitment (Job Analysis, Schedule, Budget, Approach), and develop strategy to recruit right candidate for right position at the right time.
• Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company.
• Creating a pool of candidates through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels.
• Proceeding with the identification of potential candidates through screening and interviewing of the pool of applicants.
• Building up and maintaining good relationship with universities to support for recruiting activities.
• Updating information about recruitment trend, techniques to propose improvement for recruiting process.
• Being in charge of updating information on the recruitment channels

Training And Development

• Implement Training Needs Analysis, Establish Training Plan and courses delivery.
• Collect information feedback on employee’s learning attitude and help them to achieve the training objective.
• Monitor and receive feedback for development.

• Practical work experience in Multi National Companies are required.
• At least 5 years relevant in Human resource management.
• Experience in hiring, payroll and office administration.
• Possess excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Graduate from University, preferable is Business Administration or related to human resource management.
