Mô tả công việc
The job holder will be responsible for Receptionist & Administration tasks of HCM office in District 2 with the details as follows:
1. Perform Receptionist Tasks
- Greet & welcome guest to company
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, transfer incoming calls or taking messages in a professional manner
- Receive, dispatch documents/letters and control mail/express delivery service
- Manage meeting room booking system and re-arrange rooms if necessary; keep meeting room in order and tidy
2. Carry out Administration Tasks
- Manage, register parking card, business card for employees
- Compose regulations / memo related to office
- Monitor phone and hand-phone expenses monthly and do payments
- Purchase things/stationary for HCM Office
- Manage office security, office cleaning, office decoration
- Prepare documents (visa, work permit, residence card) for Expats
3. Facilitate Transportation & Accommodation Coordination
- Process “Car Request” and arrange car usage effectively
- Check transport route/distance, toll fee and petrol
- Process transportation expenses payment procedure
- Control and monitor taxi use properly
- Search accommodation suppliers, negotiate, finalize and follow up payment
- Book air ticket for staff and expats
- Book hotel/Accommodation for staffs and expats
4. Support Company Activities
- Organize monthly birthday party
- Support big activities such as Year-end party, Company trip, etc.
- Prepare stuff for other activities such as training activities, BOD meeting, etc.
5. Ad-hoc: Other related jobs as assigned

- College or University Degree
- Over 5 years of experience in Receptionist/Admin
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
- Good computer literacy: outlook, word, excel
- Good planning, organizing, customer service, communication skills
- A good and professional working manner and attitude
- An honest and diligent character and be devoted to work
- Female over 35 years-old, really want to develop career path as Receptionist/Admin
- Over 5 years of experience in Receptionist/Admin
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
- Good computer literacy: outlook, word, excel
- Good planning, organizing, customer service, communication skills
- A good and professional working manner and attitude
- An honest and diligent character and be devoted to work
- Female over 35 years-old, really want to develop career path as Receptionist/Admin
