Mô tả công việc/ JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the product quality from raw material to end product – Quality standard
- Implement and improve the quality control from incoming inspection to outgoing inspection
- Liaise with customer complain or any internal non-conformance, lead in problem solving & documentation & internal communication
- Involve in related supplier audit and related customer audit
- Close collaboration with the product line & technical support according to raising preventive knowledge within the organization
- Lead all project related documentation and ensure communication (8D-Report, action plans and follow up)
- Strong interaction with production facility
- Take Lead of customer audits and customer improvement programs
- Develop and enhance process control system to drive continuous improvement on product quality including reducing factor defects, customer escapes complaints
- Initiate problem-solving activities and improvement programs and work with manufacturing or engineering to achieve short and long-term product improvements
- Manage quality deliverables in Samples projects, including the creation of control documentation, establishing process control and training of quality inspectors
- Enforcing quality system compliance of ISO9001
- In Charge of all factory quality related issue

Trách nhiệm/Responsibility
- Respond to all Quality related issue to customer
- Improve Quality yield every 6 month period by 5 %
- Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI Quality Reports submission – Final inspection report & 8D & Action plan & Follow
- Set up measureable quality standards for factory
- Set up & Managed of a proper ISO system for AVF factory
- All related AVF audit & Internal audit at the site
- Training for all staff & inspector related to Quality assurance
- Improvement / Preventive measure improvement on quality
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Present Month Quality Report to management on where the Quality standard of factory

Quyền/Authority
- Report to Quality Manager / Factory Director
- Managed a group of 20 -40 team of quality inspector from -Frame , Weaving , assembly & packing
- Managed a team of Quality assurance team leader
- Yearly appraisal the all staff in quality department
- Able to hire and dismiss people in the team of Quality department base on valid reason
- Will take in-charge of all quality department decision related to quality issue
- Final decision maker on all quality issue and only factory directory can overwrite any quality issue

Yêu cầu cho vị trí kiểm tra chất lượng/Request for Quality control leader
- A background/education in Quality Systems and principles a strong advantage – Diploma / Degree
- Good communication in Vietnamese & English – Fluent
- Able to take responsibility and take pride in work
- Have experience in outdoor manufacturing furniture industry is a strong advantage is not a must
- Strong in Analytical skill, Problem Solving Skill,
- Process assembly Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing
- Have ISO Knowledge in set up and maintain –ISO 9001:2015
