[URGENT] Purchasing Deputy Manager - Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu

This role will manage the Domestic Raw Materials section in a Japanese Manufacturing company
Working location: Phu My, Ba Ria Vung Tau (Company bus is provided from HCM/ Biên Hòa)
Main duties:
- Negotiate the best price with suppliers and conduct the product evaluation or auditing process.
- Supervises and oversees the daily operations of the Supply Chain department.
- Obtains alignment with cross functional teams within supply chain department, and other business unit leaders.
- Supervision, development, and performance management of assigned employees.
- Maintenance of a positive employee relations environment within team and also with other teams.
- Solve all problems effectively related to Supply Chain process or within department as they arise.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in supply chain/ purchasing/ procurement
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent written, verbal communication (both of English and Vietnamese), ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical skills and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database environments
- Strong team building and employee development skills.
