Primary duty: Identify gaps in current procurement process, drive solutions to build lean supply chain in order to save cost as well as reduce unwanted inventory. Coordinate to define & measure supplier performance metrics, develop data collection and reporting process, analyze the data and drive improvement actions.
1. Coordinate with internal teams & cross-functional stakeholders to identify the gaps in current procurement process and drive solutions.
2. Work with cross functional team members to define procurement process and control for new customer / program
3. Consolidate data & analyze for presentable format to drive improvement actions
4. Make department KPI reports for supplier performance, inventory status, excess management, EOL & other such areas as required
5. Maintain supplier performance metrics, develop data collection and reporting process, analyze the data and coordinate improvement actions.
6. Document and update work instructions, process flow, MIS.
7. Addressing barriers through problem solving, communication and active coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
8. Working within various time constraints to meet business critical needs, often managing multiple, time-sensitive and high priority initiatives.
9. Analyze purchasing trends and develop lean purchasing method to cut-down excess inventory.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Educational background:
• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or equivalent...
2. Experiences:
• 4-5+ years of experience in procurement, material management, direct purchasing or inventory management
• Experience in complex data management, driving improvements
3. Skills:
• Must have SAP knowledge
• Have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement lean initiatives.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, influencing, and English communication skills (both oral and written) within all levels of the organization.
• Possess the ability to think strategically and creatively, to thrive in ambiguity, and to deliver results.
4. Others:
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment; ability to re-prioritize on a regular basis in order to remain current with business needs.
• Self-motivated; ability to handle multiple responsibilities under limited supervision.
• Ability to influence others in a positive and professional manner.
