[URGENT] Production Night Shift Supervisor

• Receiving and implementing production plan
• Monitor Chief operator, senior operator, operators in workshop. Make sure arrange the right person to right position.
• Organize production team to ensure the quantity and quality of products manufactured in accordance with the requirements of Company and customers.
• Receiving raw material WH & transferring finish goods to WH
• Carefully check the 1st product compare with the sample
• Prepare the plan for OT and report the OT's result.
• Arrange the workshop in tidy and cleanliness
• Supervise the applying of all operators about Company regulation, company policies.
• Collect the reports from Chief operator and Senior operator
• Report timely production in the workshop to PM
• Do other jobs as required by manager.

• No of Years: 1-2 years. Field/Industry Experience: Manufacturing
• Creative, initiative, assertive person with organizing, & people skills with the ability to work under pressure

• Managerial/Executive Competencies: Active and careful
