[URGENT] Procurement Manager (Competive Salary)

*Job Summary
In this role, the Procurement Manager will be responsible for owning and managing the full process of purchasing and support team to process bidding.
*Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Planning a purchase based on the project implementation schedule of the Company.
• Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers/ vendors to optimize import tax and delivery time for the project. Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production.
• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
• Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing.
• Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company
• Support virtual bid teams and bidding process.

Requirements
Languages capability
– Speaking and writing fluently in Vietnamese, intermediate level in English.
Related experiences
- Extensive experience working in the procurement department in a related field (Renewable energy, industry...).
- Working knowledge of the industry and market conditions.
- Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
