- Responsible for Factory Layout
- Update FMEA when any change
- Workplace design
- Process monitoring and evaluating to confirm effectiveness of manufacturing system and advice direction for improving to get the best production cost
- Analyzing of production process and solving the problem from root cause
- Record, analyze data and report ability
- Support to test, evaluate and star up new product or manufacturing process
- Contribute to improve project for the best production cost achievement

- BA of Mechanical Engineering
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Can read and understand technical document
- Ability to use measuring device
- Good knowledge at manufacturing technology, machine and material
- CNC grinding operation
- Tolerance knowledge in precision machining

- Basic Salary + 13th Payment + KPI Bonus
