[Urgent] Process / Automation / Mold Engineer

•Design and structure improvement projects to ensure follow up with work plans of process
• Evaluate and improve processes in manufacturing systems
• Understand the production specifications and write down the critical controls points.
• Analyze the performance figure and create the improved action plan
• Design and develop innovate solution to the process
• Sample's test and study with the new material
• Analyze the entry requirements in developing process for new products, and improving the existing products
• Lead the implementation of new process, equipment, machinery and raw material
• Do the right process to achieve profitable business
• Work with related departments (equipment designers and manufacturing officers) to develop cost-effective and working process
• Research and purchase the new manufacturing technology
• Report and prepare documents the results to BOD, and stakeholders
• Trial new products and set up line.
• Set up new machine.
• Set up condition for new product, prepare before mass production.
• Do activities to improve efficiency, quality of process, of production line.
• Analyze defect in process to make good countermeasure and preventive activities.
• Make clear SOP to instruct operators following.
• Able to develop process base on existing resource
• Able to optimize process to best fit efficiency

- Male, Vietnamese citizen, age from 25 - 35.
- Graduated from University with over 1 years experience
- Major: Mechanical/ Electric/ Electronic Engineer
- Draw and read mechanical design
- Technical Competencies, Problem solving, Listening, Basic knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards related to assigned engineering discipline
- Strong, honest, active, creative, responsibility, team work and overtime
-Logical thinking
-High responsibility to accomplish job
- Able to go on biz trip.
-Foreign language: English/Chinese/Japanese is more advantage
- Able to use 3D software and able to design
- Positive thinking

• Forming simulation software (Autoform and/or LS Dyna)
• Basic 2D and 3D CAD software or Catia V5
• UG NX, Autodesk Moldflow, FEM software
• Ability to understand complex engineering drawings
• Ability to create and follow project schedules
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
