Mô tả công việc
1. For export shipment:
- Receiving booking information, get booking confirmation and arranging the best stuffing date for customers
- Contact with 3PL provider for arranging trucking, customer clearance on time
- Checking I/V, P/L, SC, making SI and sending to forwarding to department for transmission data
- Receiving & checking draft B/L, AWB, sending related & completed documents for oversea agent.
2. For import shipment:
- Receiving import documents from oversea agent (I/V, P/L, B/L, AWB), checking accuracy, validity & unifications of documents, inform 3PL provider for making customs clearance.
- Contacting with shipping line to get A/N
- Contacting with oversea agent to get necessary information for customs clearance procedure
- Pushing /confirming 3PL provider to deliver the cargo on time
- Informing customers for delivery schedule
- Understand manifest submission, issue B/L, AWB, D/O, A/N, pre-alert document…
- Follow up import & export shipments and resolve problem concerning on delivery, customs clearance, free time, …
- Maintain good relationship with key customers, clients, 3PL providers
- Coordinate with other department if needed to support for local handling
- Get/analyze good or bad feedback from customers to inform manager for improving better service
- Make /follow up Invoice or D/N and support accounting departing for collecting money
- Support/ report directly to manager for other tasks

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Good at English.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding company. Understand about freight, logistics services.
• Understand and can handle air/sea freight shipments.
• Good collaboration and multitasking skills, dynamic, high discipline.
• Sufficient computer literacy (Word/Excel/Email/ Google Drive...).
• Communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure.
*Note:
- Priority to receive CVs in English
• At least 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding company. Understand about freight, logistics services.
