[Urgent] Operations Manager

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
• Push all related department to touch timeline.
• Review financial report, reconcilement and data .Understanding, solve the problem and support dealer to clear pending financial issue.
• Improve processes and policies to support dealer in payment, products, services.
• Understanding the system and lead sales admin team to complete job.
• Review & follow up the dealer contract for each segment.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in new product. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure the timeline concept to complete. Provide the support where necessary.
• Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services to support dealer such as IT, Accounts and Finance.
• Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
• Liaison with line management to development for operational activity.

Education and Experience
• College degree in business administration, commerce, management,
• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Information technology skills
