Working place: Lotte Department Store, 54 Lieu Giai, Cong Vi, Ha Noi
Working time: 8 working hours/day, 5 days/week and 02 days off in roaster
Team: MERCHANDISE - LIVING HOME (HOME FURNITURE/DECORATION/KITCHEN APPLIANCES)
*Job summary
1. Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and goods/ items opportunities for Lotte Department Store, make strategy to PR for the brand.
2. Working with HQ on choosing products for the stores.
3. Provide home design concepts for introducing to partners.
4. Controlling and maintaining stocks of brands in healthy situation.
5. Define yearly budget in terms of sales, gross profits and later incomes.
6. Make strategy to develop local market, monthly reviewing sales and identifying risk or opportunities, set up and maintain sales/ stock reports, trading reports as well as merchandising analysis report.
7. Recommend suggested wholesale prices to ensure the margin targets are achieved
8. Operation Management for the team, do all reports as being required by HQ.
* Responsibility
Ensure to distribute of products that meet market demand and achieve profitability.
* Salary & Benefits

- Good at English communication.
