Mô tả công việc
1. Except working closely with merchandising team to ensure smooth daily works, also need to work closely with internal production teams to ensure sample/bulk accuracy, as well as delivery controls. (80%)
- Lead and manage the team to achieve business objectives
- Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities
- Provide advice and suggestions on product design to facilitate cost-saving and enhance product sales
- Manage the team to achieve division’s business objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers’ current and future business needs
- Develop new business opportunities with customers
- Manage the team’s merchandising activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process
- Monitor sales performance, budget analysis and implementation
- Propose and implement solutions to achieve sourcing strategies for specific items
- Develop a strong trusting relationship with cross functional teams to build true partnerships and consistent goals
- Coach and develop a quality team including succession planning and regular performance reviews to address personal growth and development needs to foster a productive and focused team
- Maintain ongoing and regular communication with vendor contacts including resolution of delivery issues with vendor base
- Obtain accurate factory profiles from the vendors and partner with corporate compliance to ensure vendor files are current
- Manage orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director.
2. Responsible for the whole purchasing process from the beginning to the end (20%)
- Reviews purchasing decisions, purchase orders….
- Responsible for optimizing the overall cost of materials, logistics cost
- Negotiate the best price and terms of contracts, review Purchase contract and follow up the contract implementation including price, delivery, quantity, quality, payment, warranty
- Evaluating supplier and forwarder performance (yearly)
- Follow with the accountant the payment status to the suppliers
- Responsible for the continuous development and improvement of procurement processes
- Meeting with supplier on delivery, communicate with customer for meeting and report.
- Do weekly and monthly report: inventory, cost
- Take over and support the team for overall activities
- Other tasks will be discussed and assigned by Directors.

*** Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Wide knowledge on merchandise & relationship in supply chain.
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience
- Good command of Chinese (a Must), English would be an advantage and computer skills.
- Quick learning, willing to take up challenges.
- Outstanding communication & negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.

- Working time: From Monday to Friday, off Sat & Sun every month.
- Company car from Hanoi to VSIP Bac Ninh and versa
- Salary gross: 25 million to 40 million based on experience
- Lunch is free at company canteen
