- Ensure raw material availability for business
- Define and monitor inventory levels of raw material; Monitor and initiate necessary actions to maintain healthy inventory and control blocked & excess stocks.
- Share short term & midterm demand forecast to suppliers and confirm supply plan; Risk estimation and implement mitigation actions for supply gaps if any
- Evaluate supplier performance and drive improvements with sourcing team’s support if needed
- Maintain Material Master settings in SAP by collaborating with variant, and sourcing in Headquarter
- Tracking open PR status and converting PR to PO; Sending PO to suppliers and getting delivery schedules; Reconciliation of Purchase Orders, goods receipts and payment settlements and resolve the pending cases with accounting and finance team support; Ensure supplier invoices are posted in systems and supplier is paid on time
- Collaborate with Material Flow and quality teams to handle Quality issues and initiate actions for disposal of NG materials

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree, knowledge about supply chain is highly desirable
- Have 3-5 years of experience in material management/purchasing or similar function in manufacturing industry
- Experience in procurement of Electronic components is highly desirable
- SAP experience in MM module is highly desirable
- Good English oral & written communication; Oral or Written knowledge of Chinese will be an additional advantage
- Have good problem solving skills; good team player and able to work across different teams
- Have 3-5 years of experience in material management/purchasing or similar function in manufacturing industry
