Brief description of position with main outputs and tasks
• Lead maintenance and repair tasks carried out as per works order. Meet all the quality requirement.
• Feedback provides timeously to planner/ controller on deviations to schedule and on work to be completed.
• Works with Maintenance Planner & Engineer manager to make maintenance plans for all machines in production Lines.
• Contact with OEM to fix the machine issues when necessary.
• Yearly review machine efficiency and maintenance plan. Optimize maintenance time.
• Understand which parts of the machinery needs particular attention. Constantly assess equipment operation in order to in advance any potential break-downs.
• Analyze machine’s breakdowns to find down root cause and carry out improvements to reduce these.
• Improve safety of work and machinery.
• Manage to fix BEC (basic equipment care) tags.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum qualifications and experience
• Mechanical engineer diploma.
• Minimum 05 years maintenance experience and 02 years work as maintenance supervisor. Prefer person who have an experience in beverages industry.
• Fault- finding/trouble-shooting/root cause analyses.
• Understand basic industrial safety requirements.
Competencies and skills required
• Good at MS Office, CAD.
• Communicate in English fluently.
• Have knowledge in electric & automation are advantages.
• Willing to work overtime as per requirement.
• On job training skill.
• Ability to work independently and work with team.
• High responsible, cooperation and team work.
