URGENT - Maintenance Manager

Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
Plan and manage a facility's maintenance budget
Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
Ensures reactive and preventative maintenance on all facility equipment
Managing maintenance schedules and budgets.
Delivering planned and property maintenance.
Managing a team of multi-disciplined maintenance technicians.
Ensuring that all electrical equipment is in safe working order in line with current regulations.
Running a preventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the long run.
Building up maintenance teams.
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management system, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care, including promoting safe behaviors, confront any unsafe act, and eliminating any unsafe condition.

Educated to Degree Level in related Engineering subject or equivalent.
Have good understanding of Electronics and Mechanical Systems.
