[Urgent] Lending Operations Manager (Salary from $1,500)

Our company, a fintech lender is now seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join the expanding team to manage a portfolio of finance loans.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve loan department efficiency and meet sales targets.
- Supervise applications, manage work flow, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead the strategy, direction, objectives, and operations for the project
- Upon request, create all flows and manage all process for lending
- Continually improve lending products and services, and optimize processes and systems.
- Providing the new idea to improve the business/ working behavior;
- Responsibilities for all operations in Lending Department
- Generate new business through sales outreach.
- Train, evaluate, and discipline lending staff.
- Work with consultant/law firm to build regulations and compliance requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or a related field.
- At least 2 year working experience in P2P lending
- Minimum of 4 years’ of progressively responsible experience in a financial institution, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Hands on experience of operational processes
- Experience developing and implementing new products and services.
- Fully understand domestic and International Payment/Loan procedure
- Experience driving continuous improvement across products, services, processes, systems and technology
- Knowledge of lending and asset recovery processes and systems.
- Knowledge of current industry offers, market trends, competitors, and credit union lending and member service policies and procedures.
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, draw and interpret graphs, and accurately extrapolate probable outcomes from sampled data.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to adjust communication content, style, and presentation to fit a variety of audiences including executives, employees, vendors, members, and other external stakeholders and agencies.
- Fluent in English (both Speaking and Writing)
