Mô tả công việc
- Diagnoses and solves hardware/software issues and support users
- Develop and/or assist development of new and existing IT software application in production
- Back-up data
- Update security and service packs for Applications, Systems and Network Devices
- Communicate with technician of suppliers
- Capturing application errors and notify to corresponding vendor or internal team. Follow up with vendor for the progress on fixing the errors
- System Development Analysis and Design
- Computer Store Room Cleanliness
- Helpdesk Support & Analysis
- Prepare functional specification - process flow, screen design, schedule
- Technical specification - data flow, table design, program/web screen required list
- Perform other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or IT related
- Fresh graduation is acceptable
- Having knowledge of programing & SQL server is priority.
- Having a good knowledge of computer hardware
- Ability to works closely with end users, and other support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Good communication (both verbal and writing) skills
- Hard working, self- motivated, wish to work at the company for long time.
- Living in/near Yen Phong IZ Bac Ninh is preferable
- Fresh graduation is acceptable
