[Urgent] IT Database Admin (Network/database Admin) - Bac Ninh

IT Database Admin is responsible for Network Admin or DBA:

* Database Admin:
1, Designs and documents database architecture.
2, Oracle Database/Microsoft SQL/MySQL software installation and database initiation.
3, Builds database scheme, tables, procedures and permissions.
4, Creates, tests, and executes data management languages.
5, Develops database utilities and automated reporting.
6, Analyzes and sustains capacity and performance requirements.
7, Oversees backup, clustering, mirroring, replication and failover.
8, Performs maintenance operations daily, weekly and monthly on Oracle, MSSQL and MySQL servers and databases.
9, Performs database backups and restorations, and recovers corrupted databases.
10, Implements and maintains database security and encryption.
11, Develops, manages and tests database and information system backup and recovery plans.
12, Develops standards and policies for data entry, and ensures compliance
13, Prepares written materials for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
14, Working closely with Developer to customize database and application performance.
15, Evaluates and recommends new database technologies.

* NETWORK ADMIN:
1, Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), Internet system and other data network systems across the organization.
2, Maintain network hardware and software. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
3, Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
4, Monitor and maintain backup system including disaster recovery procedure.
5, Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
6, Analysis, troubleshoot and respond if any information security matter happens to ensure the company security information.
7, Make IT improvement proposal or perform approved IT improvement plan to follow security regulations of the organization as well as corporation.

* DATABASE ADMIN:
1.Educational background:
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training/education or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
• Experiences equivalent with MCSA DBA, Oracle Associate certifications are required (Certificates are advantage)

2. Experiences:
• Minimum of two years conducting general Oracle database administration tasks such as database implementations, backup recovery, import, export…
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2008+
• Intermediate knowledge in hardware and networking
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Linux Operating system (CentOS, Red Hat, Ubuntu…)
3. Skills:
• Good communication skill in English for both speaking and listening
• Problem solving skill


* NETWORK ADMIN:
1.Educational background:
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training/education or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
• Must have CCNA certificate. CCNP or equivalent knowledge is a plus
2. Experiences:
• At least 02 years’ experiences in Network Administrator
• Experience as an IT administrator in a company with branch/branches; with LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, VOIP, Proxy...
• Experience in configuration L3 switches, WLC, firewall, router and other network devices
• Experience in system backup and recovery; business continuity planning…
• Have worked with device brands as Cisco, HP, Checkpoint, Fortigate.
• Basic understanding about Server and Infrastructure.
3. Skills:
• Good communication skill in English for both speaking and listening
• Problem solving skill
