As HR Supervisor you will assist the HR & Administration Manager in Esoft Vietnam in managing and developing human resources, including HR strategy, budget, recruitment, compensation & benefit policy, training, labor relation policy as well as our corporate culture.
We expect you to contribute pro-actively to the continuous development and optimization of our organization in order to cope with ongoing business expansion. Our growth is challenging our current set-up, and there is a need to optimize workflows and professionalize systems (we have yet to implement a well functioning HR system, but our core system is based on MS Axapta 2012) to handle HR planning and management.
Besides ensuring smooth daily HR operations you will take part in various strategic HR initiatives. Currently, we are implementing an organizational transformation process which includes the formulation of a competency framework, career roadmap development and strengthening of our corporate culture. Furthermore, we have tasks around the standardization and optimization of HR practices and systems.
You will have direct supervision over 05 staffs (01 Senior C&B Executive, 01 Senior Labor Relation Executive, 01 Training Executive, 01 Recruitment Executive, 01 HR Assistant) and support 01 Corporate Communication Executive under overall management and guidance of the HR & Administration Manager.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a top motivated person with at least 3 years of experience in an HR management position and at least 7 years experience in the HR field. You can show a successful track record in developing and implementing HR systems and policies (all fields related: recruitment, training, C&B, labor relation..) in a large-scale international production set-up.
We imagine that you are:
- Experienced in working with implementation of HR strategy and systems (experience with MS Axapta is an advantage)
- Experienced in working with international and preferably large-scale production set-ups
- Firm knowledge of labor laws and ongoing legal updates
- Excellent in English and have solid IT skills
- Excellent team player as well as promoting a motivating team spirit
- University degree and above in HRM/ Business Administration/ Laws/ Economics or English.
In addition, as a person you are characterized by being:

Your salary and benefits will meet the talent we are searching for. As part of the compensation package, you will have financial incentives based on agreed KPIs and realised goals.

Private health insurance including family members as per regulations set forth in our staff manual, annual health check as well as meals (co-shared) consumed in the company’s canteen.
Training activities are carried out both at a corporate as well as individual level.
The salary package is reviewed on an annual basis.
