Mô tả công việc
We are hiring positions of HR Specialist/Staff and welcome all CVs have experience in HR. Based on your experiences & skills, will be divided into some sections of HR as following:
1. Resourcing (Recruitment):
- Planning & organizing recruitment activities for assigned positions
- Control all process from: Work with hiring manager; Attract candidates using various sources; Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule; Assess applicants & follow result with hiring manager; Implement onboarding process
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for assigned positions
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Invole recruiment programs, branding employer program and sharing information of labor market.
2. C&B (Payroll & PIT/Insurance)
- Perform payroll operations including but not limited to salary, SHUI, PIT… for both Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports...
- Assist with cost analysis projects, programs/policies reviews, internal and external reporting as needed
- Collect and clarify document related to SHUI, maternity, military…
- Prepare SHUI report, document for PIT registration
- Release labor contract for employee
3. Learning & Development (L&D):
- Fully managing the New Employee Orientation program
- Executing the learning and development initiatives to improve people leaders and employee’s capability
- Support in Identifying training needs within the organization and implement Manager and Employee training solutions
- Support in designing courses, implementing different learning methods (training classes, workshops, etc)
- Involve in developing tests and visual aids, coordinated class arrangements, and developed criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities
4. Employee Relation (ER):
- Support all facilitates to make a positive work environment for the employees, by deploying various employee engagement initiatives and partners with business for delivery of results as:
• Reward and recognition, Employee feedback, Employee development needs identification, Employee engagement, Developing collaborative work groups and building motivated teams
• Listening and grievance solution
• Creating the common vision and communicates constantly to align the organisation al workforce, Disciplinary action, Union relationship

I. General requirements:
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Administration, Law, Foreign Languages or other related majors
- Must good at English speaking and writing
- Customer mindset & Ready to take new challenges and changes
II. Requirements for each position:
1. Resourcing (Recruitment):
• Experience: At least 2-3 years experience focus on recruitment of electronics/automotive manufacturing; Experience as headhunt will be a plus
• Skills & Personalities: Good communication, Can work under high pressure; Proactive, Discipline, Trustworthy & high integrity.
2. C&B (Payroll & PIT/Insurance)
• Experiences: At least 2-3 years experience in Payroll & PIT and/or SHUI & Labor contract
• Skills & Personalities: Attention to details – high accuracy; Ability to professionally handle confidential material and associated issues; Well-organized & Careful
3. Learning & Development (L&D):
• Experiences: At least 2-3 years experience in L&D or Training area
• Skills & Personalities: Good communication & interpersonal skills; facilitation skill, good planning skills.
4. Employee Relation (ER)
• Experiences: Prefer have 2-3 years experience in ER
• Skills & Personalities: Good communication & interpersonal skills; prefer have good knowledge on law/legislation; Problem Solving
