Job summary: Facilitates a positive work environment for the employees, by deploying various employee engagement initiatives and partners with business for delivery of results
Duty: Is responsible to create a highly engaged work environment for the directs by managing the complete HR functional Sub systems, from design to delivery
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct employee communication, Receiving employees’ grievance and feedback, Employee development needs identification
2. Implement Employee engagement, Reward and Recognition programs
3. Assure employees’ compliance of Company regulations and labor law, Handle disciplinary violation
4. Work with Trade Union for the harmony of labor relationship
5. Maximizing individual performance of team members by articulating expectations, identifying strengths and developmental needs
6. Be customer focused, develop processes which would impact internal & external customer value delivery and satisfaction
7. Other work under assignment

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Administration, Law or other related field.
2. Experiences:
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- HR functional expertise & Legislation knowledge
3. Skills:
- English competency
- Communication, Presentation and Problem Solving skills;
- Result oriented and innovative thinking
- Dealing with Ambiguity; Learning on the Fly;
