To be a HR Manager, you will be in charge for below main tasks:
- Development of HR Department through building strategy, policy of personal to propose to top management
- Building company's regulations to ensure all business smoothly running
- Managing, training & coaching members of HR department
- Control & implement recruitment activities
- HR dept's budget control
- Control payment system of department
- Control & to be charge for dept's audit activities

- Male/Female, age under 42 years old
- Graduated from University, major in human resources administration, legal or related
- At least 2-3 years of experience in same position in FDI company
- Good knowledge of HR field
- Good communication & management skill
- Can work under high pressure
