URGENT - HR Management Trainee, HR MT (Master, MBA from Overseas Study)

Responsibility:
As Client’s business expanding, our Client’s are now seeking outstanding professional to join our Winning Team as the OPERATION MANAGEMENT TRAINEE program.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Operation Management Trainee Program is designed for MBA graduates who have graduated in 2018, 2019 and are keen to develop their careers in the Agricultural Supply Chain Industry.

The selected candidates will undergo 06 months intense training on business operations - functional modules HR to learn about the agricultural supply chain industry sector. This will include the candidate getting oriented on products including agricultural products e and support functions. Post the six months training, the candidate will work on live projects for subsequent six months.
Post the successful completion of the 12 months period, the trainee will be moved into a Business Manager role in the organization.
During the 12-month period, the trainees will be assigned mentors who will guide and coach the trainees. In addition, there will be structured reviews conducted to provide feedback on strength and development areas.

Requirement:
• Fresh Full time MBA Graduate (Master of Business Administration) from top B-Schools with major in Marketing/ Agribusiness/ Operations/Finance/HR is required
• Having proficiency in English both oral and written
• Willing to be based in any of the operating locations of our Client’s location (will be verified by the business designation & job functions)

Assessment Process:
Online psychometric test
2 rounds of panel interview

- 13th month salary + Others allowances + Pay raise 1 time/year
