Mô tả công việc

1. Recruitment staffing
- Carry out recruitment process, from the job posting, coordination of test/interview procedure, candidate sourcing... to effective employment for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates;
- Be responsible for following up and filling in vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet the company’s requirements;
- Develop talent pool for various key positions for the identified needs above;
- Identify the most efficient channels for each assigned recruitment position;
- Manage applicant information in recruitment database in proper manner;
- Produce recruitment reports, competitor surveys and other ad-hoc reports as requested;
- Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events (job fairs, seminars...);

- HR Database: Input and maintain data in HR
- Induction & orientation: ensure that induction and orientation for new employees are properly carried out.
- To make employment contract management in regard to issuance, revision and renewal of contracts; follow up issuance of personnel related letters (salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, resignation acceptance, dismissal…)
- Filing & records management: responsible for the proper maintenance of all employees’ files, maintain and keep records of all employees (annual leave, attendance…)

2. General affairs
- Responsible for general affair function. In charge of cleaning, gardening service,
providing office equipment.
- Daily manage 5S in main office, pantries, meeting rooms...
- Control the notice board to ensure all employees updated with useful information
- Hotel & ticket booking
- Postage & stationery control.
- Arrange visas, apply work permit for expatriates, temporary resident cards and other necessary documentations. Assist employee in applying visa, passport, skill licenses and etc.
- Control administrative costs such as telephone, internet, electricity, office equipment, water charge, stationery, transportation, EMS…
- Monitor cleaning process.
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Monitor and control working working hour, annual leave,
- To calculate monthly salary for employees and prepare salary bank transfer
- To make monthly Payroll related reports
- To apply for issuance PIT code for employees
- To register dependent relief
- To do PIT declaration and finalization
- To do social insurance declaration and reports
- Ensure that the company strictly follow and submit all the required periodic reports to authority

4. Health safety environment and Security (preferred but not a must)
- Ensure all Health Safety and Environment specified by the Government, customers and BSCI in controlling hazadous waste, environment, fire fighting, chemical safety, electricity safety
- Comply C-TPAT program
- Provide employees with guidance/training regarding health, safety and security operations to ensure a high performance work environment
- Update safety program, security & emergency management in response to the safety & security needs of the company
- Control all security jobs such as gate pass, incoming/out going, patrol, body search...
- Ensure safety, security and theft-prevention standards are fully implemented & adhered
- Conduct risk analyses to identify potential consequences for the local company and its staff at the earliest possible stage and take the necessary preventive action.
- Establish machinery-chemical-fire-electrical safety/protection plan in conjunction with Head of Dept. to eliminate potential hazard/accident.
- Conduct investigation on Industrial Accident and propose corrective action and implementation of action planned agreed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Graduation of College or University, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Law;
- At least 3 working years in HR field (General HR, Operation HR)
- Good command in English (verbal and written)
- Good communication and negotiation & knowledge of Labor Law;
- Ability to work independently and teamwork spirit;
- Responsibility and proactive manner.
- Skills in numerical and statistical analysis
- The ability to work as part of a team, an understanding and appreciation of other people's work disciplines.
