Mô tả công việc

Main Duties

• Perform tasks related to mobility, travel arrangements such as air ticket booking, hotel reservation; Visa application; Travel insurance
• Main contact working with Vendor for Apartment and car rental by request
• Check and work on Health & PA insurance claim for employees
• Customs clearance document process, shipment in/out for the company
• Work on Timesheet/ per-diem for onsite Employees
• Check and update file Travel/Import-Export reports by weekly and monthly
• Back up tasks for other colleagues (if any)
• Other tasks will be assigned by Manager/ Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• At least 01 year experience related to hospitality, travel, and hotel
• Good at English & MS Office skills
• Have knowledge about administrative and clerical procedures
• Good in communication, customer services skill as well as attitude
• Work carefully in details
• Have ability to work with different people from other department
