The Admissions Manager will be responsible for ensuring the admissions process and procedures are efficiently harmonised across the region. The role will work with the schools in region to oversee enrolments and re-enrolments in order to develop and implement strategies to ensure that ISP schools’ student recruitment targets are met with a view to maximising the number of enquiries, visits, registrations and joiners, whilst ensuring that retention levels remain strong.
The post holder will be expected to build close working relationships with other members of the Regional Teams as well as coaching administrative and other support staff to fully perform their duties in the region.
The role may also require working in different cities of Vietnam for the school set-up and some international travel from time to time.
Line Management Duties:

Key Responsibility 1: Develop clearly defined admissions procedures and processes in schools to maximise enquiry, registrations, visits and enrolments.
• Develop admissions procedures in region and ensure all schools’ processes map across to the reporting framework.
• Ensure the procedures are clearly defined and processed on and between the group CRM to efficiently manage and nurture on-and offline leads through the pipeline.
• Help schools to better understand procedures and reporting through running workshops to troubleshoot issues and find solutions.
• Develop the admissions toolkit according to best practice for seamlessly enrolling students and taking regional compliance into account.
• Create an Admissions Action Group in region to better evaluate and champion efficient admissions work across schools.
• Keep up-to-date on country visa regulations to ensure offers conditional on meeting requirements are correctly identified and processed.
• Ensure the assessment process for each region is defined and a well-managed, personal and positive experience for families.
Key Responsibility 2: Ensure region and schools implement student retention strategies.
• Ensure each school has clear retention data and targets to work towards.
• Ensure schools meet retention targets by developing and implementing a structured and personalised approach to retaining existing families based on gathering the appropriate information and early identification of at-risk families with a clearly thought out action plans across each school.
• Work with school admissions and marketing teams to assess stakeholder surveys and ensure retention strategies are aligned to identified areas of improvement.
• Evaluate all retention data for further reporting and adjusting strategy as needed.
Key Responsibility 3: Ensure regions and schools work to enrolment targets and provide accurate and timely data reporting.
• Help communicate and deliver school enrolment targets.
• Work with admissions staff to ensure they understand the importance of accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
• Help schools to understand the enrolment and pipeline reporting format.
• Support schools in constant tracking and reporting of their sales funnel, conversion rates and retention work tracking.
• Work with IT to help establish a planned training plan by region on the admissions module within the group’s CRM as well as the Management Information Software.
Key Responsibility 4: Ensure a high level of support, communication and customer experience both in working with schools and in how they are working within their communities.
• Act as the central liaison for Admissions work in the region.
• Establish strong working relationships with regional team members, school Senior Leadership Teams and school admissions colleagues.
• Ensure school admissions teams work closely with marketing teams to deliver enrolment targets.
• Ensure that all admissions colleagues can clearly articulate their school story and promises.
• Support the family experience programme and audit school admissions processes to ensure schools are delivering concierge level service to prospective and current families across all the main touchpoints including school front of house, tours, events, internal communications and more.
• Deliver frequent (at least termly) admissions workshops to ensure admissions staff are fully trained in processes, procedures and their approach to supporting prospective and existing families.
• Work with schools to deliver relevant and effective student support as needed in schools after new students begin their time at the school.
• Encourage schools to develop both an attitude and practices that mean every member of staff is responsible for telling the story of the school and not just the members of the marketing and admissions team.
• Work with schools to ensure continuous active engagement with feeder schools, local businesses and other local, national or international partners.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate degree in a relevant academic discipline.
- Demonstrated experience with admissions.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in higher education, preferably in admissions or student services.
- Experience in strategic planning, fiscal management, resource allocation, and personnel supervision
- An appreciative understanding of the challenges that inevitably arise from the operation of a new school, with the patience, resilience, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse constituents of an institution to effectively resolve challenges and build opportunities to promote the mission and visions of the shools
- Knowledge of admissions with strong student focused mindset
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing in English, complex ideas and recommendations
- Ability to carry out the functions of leadership along a planned program of institutional direction
- Ability to manage a budget; ability to establish and monitor fiscal accountability within the areas of responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to work with faculty, staff, and students
