Mô tả công việc
Working as General Accountant cum admin
- Check money receive and issue electricity invoice to customer daily, monthly.
- Reconcile banking data and AR data, check AR data between Operation data and Accounting data.
- Support check AP, support to collect and input Red Invoice to system.
- Make receive voucher, payment voucher by cash, support to make bank transfer if need.
- Working with oversea partner about outstanding monthly, prepare oversea payment documents for bank.
- Arrange and record accounting document clearly.
- Admin work: make timesheet, payroll, insurance, union, stationery, ...
- Make using Red invoice quarter
- Support Chief Accountant to prepare daily report, monthly report, quarterly report, yearly report
- Other tasks as assigned by Chief accountant and Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Speak English perfect
- Capable, smart, has knowledge on Accounting
- At least 1 years experiences in Accounting in Logistics field
- Teamwork spirit, truthfulness and honesty, high responsibility
- Efficiency & effectiveness communication
- Good health, hard-working , can work under high pressure.
*Work position: 6th Floor, Viet A Building, Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau Street, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi
