URGENT - Factory Manager (Feed, Rice, Food, Agricultural Products, Soybeans, Corn)

Responsible for creating a pro-active and planned manufacturing environment ensuring efficient operation of the site while ensuring production requirements are optimally met within the established safety, quality and a cost effective environment.
Manufacturing volume capabilities
 People management and development
 Step-out manufacturing input

 Budget and operational expenditure
 Consumables procurement
 Ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency to meet customer supply requirements
 A key challenge will be engaging the workforce to drive and own safety on site, whether that be for themselves and each other.
 Operate to international food safety standards in the challenging environment of Vietnam.
Driving and leading the workforce to be more efficient and effective with the limited resources available;
 Identifying and managing constraints in the production process – to increase throughput.

Bachelor degree in Food Science or Engineering
Diploma in Front Line Leadership
5 years’ experience in a agriculture/ food/ feed... manufacturing production environment;
 An understanding of TQM, HACCP, GMP, principles;
 Experience in managing a large manufacturing workforce;
 Significant exposure to manufacturing and supply chain – in FMCG;
 Manage an operation for budgets and forecasts, CapEx and OpEx;
 Significant experience in a leadership position including managing, leading and developing employees in a production environment;
 Strong communication skills
