[Urgent]Facility Manager

- Ensure that all facilities (including Factory buildings fixtures and machineries) meet the needs of smooth manufacturing process.
- Ensure that all facilities (including Factory buildings fixtures and machineries) meet the needs of safety requirements and the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work.
- Ensure proper preventive maintenance for all facilities with proper record (including Factory buildings fixtures and machineries)
- Ensure the proper organization of the department, which includes coaching, training and evaluation of members in Facilities Department.
- Participate actively with Top Management on strategic planning, budgeting, health and safety programs, control and measurement, business continuity plan to ensure the progress of the company.
- Lead the INNOVATION TEAM to achieve the mission of fully automation of our manufacturing process.

- Graduated from engineering majors like ELECTRONICS, MECHANICS, ...
- Experience related to facility equipment.
- Understand the operating principles of auxiliary systems, know about PLC, inverter, motor, ...
- Working experience related to technical systems in the factory.
- Reading technical drawings can use proficient auto CAD, Office.
- Communicate in English and make reports for superiors.
- Coaching, leadership skills
