[Urgent, Dong Nai] Purchasing Supervisor (Food Industry)

- Coordinate with production planners to calculate needed quantity of for production line and on critical supply issue for root cause analysis and preventive action.
- Oversee the ordering of materials and supplies from factory, make effective demand forecast to save warehouse cost.
- Manage delivery time-line according to PO’s delivery schedule, no late delivery to sites
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery performance and shipment
- Organization of search, selection of suppliers, evaluate Vendor performance.
- Make sure suppliers are compliant with and purchasing standards and perform regular audits.
- Seek opportunity for saving (cost avoidance, cost reduction, new sources of purchase, pro-long payment term, optimizes overall cost of materials etc..)
- Other task will be discuss in the interview

Education qualifications: University degree
Relevant experiences:
- Having 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain
- Have 1-year experience in purchasing leader
- Have basic knowledge of law & import
Skill requirements:
- Good at written and verbal communication and negotiation skill
-Good at English skills.
- Demonstrated excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Good at Excel, Power Point and data analysis
- Be flexible handling of the situation
