[URGENT] Document Staff

- To perform the delivery job and documentation in domestic trading
- To manage business accounting job by using business and accounting system (SAP)
- Checking and ensuring accuracy figures of all transactions incurred in month
- Examine the legally and accuracy of data and information on accounting documents.
Logistics:
- Contact with logistics partner (warehouse, truck)
- Manage inventory
- Ensure all the stock transactions should be recorded into the system accurately and update inventory report every day/month
- Arrange transportation and monitor process of cargo movement.
- Coordinate with Logistics partner for input and delivery plan internal process
- In put sales and purchase on SAP System

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree. Graduated from Foreign Trade University is a big advantage.
- Language Skills: English: business level
- Understanding international trade
- Around 1-2 years working experience in the same field.
- Knowledge about warehouse management, truck nomination
- Knowledge about domestic delivery term DDP, FCA
- Knowledge about Excel, SAP
