Mô tả công việc
1. Develop, deploy final assembly method and Jig for assigned products from begin of new product introduction (NPI) to end product lifecycle
2. Manufacturability improvements into new product designs from begin of NPI with primary focus on mechanics related aspects.
3. Jig design verification, online support and continuous improvement; Maximize Jig capability; Create & update Jig maintenance documentation
4. Provide assembly training for trainers
5. Analyze failures in final assembly to identify improvement opportunities of design, process, material and quality and scrap
6. Composing and sharing lesson learn. Development of design guidelines and preventive action plans
7. Find ways to reduce waste and improve performance, maximize efficiency

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1.Educational background:
- Bachelor degree with majors related to Mechanical
2. Experiences:
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in mechanics design, Jig design and/or mechanics manufacturing engineering
- Experience in mechanic fabrication processes and good using of design tools/software 2D & 3D
- Prefer having experience in new model launching/development, project management
3. Skills:
- Good collaboration and communication skills in English
- Ability to understand, apply and implement concepts and lean tools for improvement
