Mô tả công việc
1, Manufacturability improvements into new product designs from begin of new product introduction (NPI) with primary focus on design of: PCB, stencil, tool/jig...
2, Evaluate new equipments of Board Assembly, capture equipment technologies and give training to cross functional teams.
3, Design, install production line of Board Assemby
4, Create, update documentations of board assembly processes and solutions for issues
5, Provide SMT technical focused new product training for maintenance and training teams
6, Continuously develop & apply IT tools to monitor and control processes (SPC, SPI / AOI defect handling, Printing CPK, placement CPK, ACF parameter control, auto screwing data management, Router bit life cycle management, BA material verification, Feeder & Head maintenance tracking).
7, Analyze material and board assembly (BA) process capability and quality to identify improvement opportunites of design, process and quality
8, Sustain & improve main KPIs: product FPY, BA component attrition, BA & FA downtime, consumable using rate and scrap

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1.Educational background:
- Bachelor Degree in related Engineering majors as: Mechanical, Electronics...
2. Experiences:
- At least 5-6 years working experience in board assembly field, SMT engineer in high-density SMT manufacturing with good understanding and experience in Design PCB, stencil/tool/jig for board assembly
- Have experience in board assembly process and equipment knowledge (SMT process &machine)
- Experience in PFMEA/FMEA, MPC, 6 sigma (DOE , SPC ) and SMT standard (IPC, Jedec)
- Have experience in new model preparation/launching
3. Skills:
- Good skill in failure analysis
- Good English communication skill
