[URGENT] Customer Services Staff - Chinese Speaking

Dear valued candidates, INOAC VIETNAM (Japanese company) is hiring 01 Customer Services Staff for our Customer Servieces Dept.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBITIES:
Job Overview: Reporting to Customer Services Manager, as a information bridge between customers, sales, production and other internal departments, to ensure all parties receive a high quality level of service and support. Detail tasks as below:

- Receive and monitor customer orders, price quote, new product code...
- Follow up and control the delivery and shipping process.
- Solve all matters relating to products, customer claims and other services.
- Other job will be discussed more in the interview.

** SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- University graduate, major in International Business Administration, International Economics, Foreign Business, Business English or relevant fields.
- Have at least 01 years' experience in relevant position (Experienced in manufacturing company is an advantage).
- Good skill in using Microsoft Office.
- Language: Chinese (Level: From HSK4 -> HSK6).
- Self-motivated, dedicated and good sense of customer communication.


** SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Salary: Up to 700$, Annual salary revision based on performance.
