• Analysis and approval of credit requests/applications
• Monitoring of aged accounts receivable
• Collection of paying accounts
• Maintenance of collection activity history (notes, follow-ups, etc.)
• Issuance of collection letters, customer statements
• Management reporting specific to collections
• Audit support for Credit & Collections
• Monitoring of aged accounts receivable

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or related field
• Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or Customer Service role
• At least 1 year experience in related field
• Proficient in English; Chinese and Korea are advantages
• Good organization and attention to detail skills
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Gmail and function specific software such as Oracle, ERP,
• Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or Customer Service role
• At least 1 year experience in related field
• Proficient in English; Chinese and Korea are advantages
