[Urgent] Compensation & Benefit Manager

Overview:
GoViet is looking for a passionate HR professional to partner our Go-Troops to build and support HR-related activities. We are looking for an individual who excels working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and is ready to develop and champion various HR initiatives for Go-Troops in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:

To oversee all aspects of payroll operations services and HR Operations. The role also requires providing compliance and strategic payroll advice to relevant stakeholders across Vietnam, Bangalore, Jakarta and Singapore. Other responsibilities include:
Payroll Operations
• Handling payroll and other payroll-related tasks, including personal income tax, compulsory insurance, labour, social security etc, working closely with the payroll vendor
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, yearly PIT reports. Prepare PIT registration and finalization for employees
• Directly work with Government Departments to submit required documents
• Responsible for processing monthly payroll (salary payments, statutory payments), Assisting in compensation and benefit matters (e.g. collating data for annual salary and bonus review cycles)
• Provide advice and support to local HR team on statutory and labor law changes
• Timely handling of employee queries via Fresh Desk and meet SLA requirements
• Work closely with internal teams (Finance, HR Ops, People Partners etc) and external teams (payroll vendor, Auditors etc) to resolve complex payroll related cases

HR Operations
• To oversee the smooth running of daily end to end HR Operations matters and manage the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle including but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding, policies and benefits administration
• Prepare probation review, confirmation letters, employment agreement as required

• Knowledge of Labor Code and Regulations
• More than 5 years experience at position, used to work at start up environment is an advantage.
• Experience in handling SI/HI/UI and PIT reconciliation
• Strong knowledge in statutory and taxation compliance
• Well-organized, supportive/helpful, attention to details
• Strong analytical skills. Able to breakdown and understand data
• Ability to work independently, proactively under high pressure with good problem solving skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Comfortable working using G-Suite, Workday, MS Office and Freshdesk
