URGENT - CI Supervisor (Continuous Improvement Supervisor)

 Coordinate all identified Six Sigma projects, cooperate with projects team developing the sufficient
 project plan, arrange trainings for the project team to equip them necessary knowledge and skills to
 implement projects, such as: technical knowledge, project management skills, data collection/
 analyze skills, etc., support and monitor project progress to ensure the achievement of project’s
 objective and targets.
 Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change
 Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements

 Minimum 5-7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
 Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions
 Having experience in 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, project management, and other concepts of
 continuous improvement
