[Urgent] Chief Accountant

• Supervise of all activities relevant to accountant, financial section. Check all payment documents to make sure that is in accordance with accounting and tax regulations and the company’s procedures.
• Record all financial transactions into Misa accounting software. Do closing entries monthly.
• Prepare Tax Statements (VAT, CIT, WHT, PIT), financial statements and statistics exact and on time as per regulation.
• Verify invoices and follow liabilities, assets.
• Prepare cash flow report, profit/loss statement for every project and calculate bonus for employee when project has finished.
• Check salary sheet, social insurance report on monthly basis.
• Liaise with Tax/ Government Officers, other authorities.
• Advise to Board of Director about possible risks and benefits from a financial and accounting perspective.
• Other tasks as assigned by Director.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience at general accountant position
• Good at MS Office specially is Excel.
• Familiar with Misa software is a plus.
• Intermediate level in English.
• Careful and Strong attention to detail and hardworking.
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently, in a team.
• Priority candidate can work immediately.
