*** Objective of Position
Business Development Executive is an evolutive position that will offer to the selected candidate the opportunity to shape his/her own role through competence, initiative and talent. The basics of the position require the candidate to run the Business Development department administratively. Budget management, accounts and leads database management, organization and coordination of sales-related activities. Beyond this, the candidate will have the opportunity to grow, taking part in promotions campaigns, business development initiatives, sales actions, marketing initiatives and more.
*** Roles and accountabilities:
- Maintain a clean and updated database of leads and accounts
+ Research, collect and organize contacts
+ Manage Department’s section on B2B Portal
- Plan department’s annual budget and monitor it throughout the year.
- Organize all sales-related activities such as sales calls, trade shows, etc.
- Involve in market information research to support Business Development Managers
- Involve in marketing and promotion initiatives
- Handle emails coming through the website
- Other miscellaneous tasks to support Business Development managers and director

*** Job Competence requirements
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Entry-level accepted, experience in tourism or sales appreciated
- Minimum education level: Bachelor in Tourism
- Good Computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook…) – Photoshop is a plus
- Eager in earning business
- Comfortable in giving calls and talking on phone
- Sociable, outgoing character with a good dose of creativity
- Service-minded and ready to support others
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and responsible
*** Remuneration
