Objective of Position
Business Analyst will be responsible for defining business analysis requirements and working with internal team, other departments to ensure smooth process for on-going projects of the company.
Roles and accountabilities:
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Perform quality assurance for project
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance the integration of website and booking system
- Help in writing requirement/specifications, documentation
- Assist user on performing User Acceptance Test
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to customer
- Plan projects (e.g. from begin to finish project, upgrades, improvement in software)
- Cooperate with many business/department such as Sales, Marketing, Contracting, etc

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience in Hotel and Tourism/Hospitality or in Software coder are strong advantages
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in software analytic
- Good in English (both speaking & writing)
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year-experience
- Experience in Sales, CRM, CSM, SAP systems is preferred
- Experiences in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Remuneration
